Jade Acacia
Colorado-based photographer and artist with a love for nature and animals
Born and raised as a third-generation Coloradoan, I take pride in my state and the beautiful sights it offers. College brought me deeper into the mountains where I thrived with the wolves and deer. Moving back to the big city allowed me more suburban sights where I began to develop a love for cartooning and digital art. I may be young, but I have enough passion and determination to see me through the darkest of times. Just as the abused wolves and wolf-dogs I so diligently cared for, I learned that to survive being thrown to the wolves, I had to come back leading the pack.

New to requesting commissioned pieces from artists? Don't worry! Here's a basic summary of what to expect:
1. Fill out the contact form on the Contact Page to let the artist know you're interested in their work
2. The artist will email you with a form to fill out and request a few photos of your pet for reference.
3. The artist will provide a commission contract including dates and payments. 50% of the commission will be due before work begins for materials and labor costs.
4. The artist will send you sketches and request any feedback on the structure of the painting to better capture the personality of your pet. Once approved by you, the artist will finish the painting.
